Bart Wallyn is an enthusiastic self-made manager with a proven track record in business management consultancy. He is gifted with a hands on-mentality and loves a creative approach in decision making. He feels at ease in situations of crisis and change and is always looking for solutions and results. ‘Don’t promise what you can’t deliver’ and ‘walk your talk’ are his personal mantras. Bart has an educational background in Accountancy and IT, and is currently finalising an Executive Master in Real Estate at Antwerp Management School. He used to be a spirited futsal player and now plays padel occasionally. Together with his lovely wife, he is raising 4 kids, Yana, Tess, Fien and Thor and a snoring dog, Tina.

Michaël Peeters is an electronics engineer, who holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics. He has been researching the value of technology in real estate and the impact of tech on sustainability at both the University of Antwerp and the AP Hogeschool. In 2019 he founded LAMMP (‘Life and Asset Management using Proptech‘), a DBFMO collaboration platform to make the construction and real estate market smarter, more sustainable and more circular. Michael worked as a consultant his entire professional career, optimising how buildings are being used and improving the impact of buildings on their surroundings. As such, he is perfectly aware of the ins and outs in real estate. In non-business, he enjoys studying and being the proud father of 4 kids.
